For all visitors
- Youth Summit Expo 2026 is organised by JCI Malaysia and takes place on 20 – 22 November 2026 at IOI Grand Exhibition & Convention Centre, Putrajaya.
- Registration is free. Your e-pass is personal and may not be sold or transferred. Please show it at the registration counter.
- The organiser may change the programme, speakers, timings or venue layout where necessary. Updates will be posted on this website.
- Photographs and video will be taken at the event and may be used by JCI Malaysia to promote its programmes. Tell a member of the organising team if you prefer not to be featured.
- You are responsible for your own belongings. Follow the venue's rules and the instructions of event staff and security.
Code of conduct
We want the Expo to be welcoming and safe for everyone. Treat other visitors, exhibitors, speakers and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour and disruptive conduct are not tolerated. The organiser may ask anyone who breaks this code to leave the event, without refund of any fees.
Competitions
Signing up for Business Pitching, the Beyblade Tournament or the Singing Competition registers your interest. The organising team will send the full rules, any entry fee and the judging criteria. Each competition's own rules and the judges' decisions are final.
Exhibitors and sponsors
- Submitting the exhibitor form is a booking request. Pay the amount shown by bank transfer to the account shown after booking, quoting your booking reference, and upload your bank-in slip on this website. A booth or sponsorship is confirmed only when the organising team has verified your payment and confirms the booking.
- JCI member rates apply only after membership is verified. If membership can't be verified, you will be asked to pay the difference to the non-member rate before your booking is confirmed.
- Booth locations are allocated first-come, first-served after confirmation. Preferred locations are noted but not guaranteed.
- Cancellation terms, move-in and move-out times and setup rules are set out in the exhibitor manual sent on confirmation, and form part of these terms.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their staff, products and displays, and for any licences or permits needed for what they sell, including food and drinks.
